Jillian Viup, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Masters degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Jillian’s experience includes working with adults, seniors and couples in various outpatient mental health programs.
Jillian takes an individualized approach with her clients. She believes every client has different needs and working collaboratively will help individuals reach their goals. Jillian has extensive experience working with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, interpersonal conflict, loss and grief. Jillian uses evidenced based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients manage their feelings and emotions. Jillian is also a Level Two trained Gottman Therapist.
