Jessica is a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Jessica’s professional training focuses on a client-centered, evidence-based approach to therapy.
Jessica has extensive experience working with adults and families facing various mental health and substance use challenges. She utilizes evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and crisis intervention techniques. Her clinical expertise includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and addiction.
Jessica’s therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. She partners with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans, helping them build coping skills, enhance motivation, and achieve their goals. She firmly believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can navigate life’s complexities and find their path toward healing and growth.
In her free time, Jessica loves capturing moments through photography, spending quality time with her dog, exploring new music, and being on the water. Jessica believes that with “no rain there are no flowers”. These passions provide her with a sense of calm and creativity, which she incorporates into her therapeutic approach by fostering a warm, grounded, and supportive environment for her clients.
