Psychotherapist
Olivia is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly populations. Her background includes working with veterans in long term care facilities as well as children and adolescents in an elementary school setting. Olivia has supported individuals experiencing symptoms related to PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD, depression, and life transitions.
Olivia believes therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process. She strives to meet individuals where they are and support them in reaching their personal goals. Understanding that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, she tailors her work to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs while creating a safe, compassionate space for growth and healing.
