Psychotherapist
Meghan holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Capella University and brings extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. With a strong foundation in both clinical and educational settings, Meghan has spent many years supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy. Meghan tailors each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her clients, with a core focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
She believes that every individual expresses themselves in their own unique way whether through art, sports, or conversation and that each person holds the potential to grow into the best version of themselves. Meghan is passionate about helping her clients recognize their strengths and build the tools they need to thrive.
