Kelsey Quinn earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury. She has experience working with clients across a variety of ages and life stages and is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and understood.
Kelsey believes in meeting clients where they are and views therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, she works with clients to better understand the underlying experiences and patterns contributing to their challenges.
Kelsey’s approach is primarily Psychodynamic, person centered, and humanistic while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to best fit each client’s unique needs. She values the connection between mind and body and the role it plays in emotional wellbeing. Kelsey believes everyone deserves a space where they can feel accepted, supported, and empowered as they work toward healing and personal growth.
