Jenier has experience working with clients facing a variety of challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Jenier’s approach is person-centered and rooted in the belief that creative expression can facilitate exploration of feelings, emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, growth, and healing. Jenier works in a collaborative and supportive way, creating a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences. They believe that therapy is a partnership built on trust and mutual respect, where both client and therapist focus on developing coping skills and increasing self-awareness to better understand patterns, emotions, and strengths. Jenier’s goal is to help clients feel empowered as they navigate life’s challenges, overcome obstacles, and move towards their full potential in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
