Psychotherapist
Courtney Cardillo is a Mental Health Counseling Intern currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling at New York University. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, identity development, and major life transitions.
Courtney is in clinical training and exploring a range of therapeutic approaches. She has a strong interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based techniques that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. Her clinical focus includes working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, ADHD, and challenges related to self-esteem and interpersonal relationships
With a warm, collaborative approach, Courtney creates a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking beside them as they face challenges, build insight, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
