Carli is a Mental Health Counseling intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree at New York University. Carli has much experience working with children and adolescents and is passionate about learning to support individuals of all different age groups. As Carli is pursuing a second career in the mental health field, she comes from a background of Occupational Therapy.
Her approach is grounded in humanistic and client-centered principles, focusing on empathy, collaboration, and creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and believes that meaningful change begins when individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. Carli hopes to empower individuals to better understand themselves and develop skills that support long-term well-being.
